CRACKS KNUCKLES. I HAVE BEEN SUMMONED (I love making Pokémon teams for characters and you mentioned making one for Claptrap). For typing I decided to go Poison/Steel because 1- robot and 2- Claptrap's randomness fits really well with a Stall / Sweep build, which Poison is a pretty essential part of. Varoom - Self explanatory. It's literally the piece of metal that scrapes by with whatever material it can find, which then it uses to cobble together a moving body. Idk about you but that reminds me of how our Claptrap collects other bot parts in 3 (and I think 2 ?) to keep himself functioning.

Trubbish - You mentioned Garbador and I think that's an absolutely excellent fit for Claptrap, so I gave him a trubbish to play with that idea. This guy lives in garbage he would find one of these bad boys eventually. I like to think that during the final confrontation with Jack, Trubbish would evolve into Garbador to protect him <3

Meltan - I just think it'd be really, really funny if Claptrap just had a mythical Pokémon in his team and didn't know about it because it was just a little guy. Something about undermining potential before getting your shit rocked

Clodsire - Again. Pure vibes. But look at that thing I just think he would be enamored. Whatever Jupiter touches it expands so when in the 8th house that rules death, sex, rebirth, transformation ect all these are major components of your life. Could have a really intense life and go thru a lot of struggle young. I see a lot of people with this placement experience death at a very young age.
